Welcome to my first blog post! I'm so very truly happy that you're here. I hope that Fair Maiden Wellness can be the vessel to helping you through this stage in life as a stay-at-home mama with little bubbly, bouncy, adorable girls. Life everyday if filled with all sorts of crazy. I'm sure you can relate! That's the idea! I love those "ah ha" moments when you realize that you're not the only one going through the struggles and joys of this all too brief stage of life.

And going hand-in-hand with raising little maidens is aspiring to do it as naturally as possible, shielding them as best we can from all the toxic substances that infiltrate most every aspect of daily life. so they can grow up strong, vibrant and healthy. That's what I desire for my 3 girlies, and I'm sure something you also desire.

Natural alternatives, in all facets, are taking our world by storm. People are searching out homeopathy, naturopaths, essential oils, non GMO foods, meats without antibiotics and hormones, organic fruits and vegetables, etc. Some call it a fad, but I believe it's more accurately a growing trend, an awakening in the hearts of individuals to what is happening to the world around us and to our bodies. Our earth is sick and we are sick....so very sick. Everyday more and more people are moving away from products containing harmful chemicals, synthetic materials and hazardous toxins, in favour of products that are not only good for our environment, but also good for us (because lets face it, some products that are "good for the environment" may still not be good for our bodies).

What I desire to achieve with this blog is to share my stories with you, they could be endearing, or frustrations, or that latest escapade of my girls. I may share ways I use natural products, how I use them in my daily life, personal recommendations and hopefully give you ideas of what you can do to have a greener, cleaner, toxin free home, life and environment to raise your girls in. I'll even post upcoming classes and events. This will be a little bit of everything, so I hope you enjoy. Can't wait to get to know you better!
