I’m so excited to share my favourite lifestyle switches for health and wellness with you. Every switch you make in the course of your life is another step toward a healthier you. We don’t have to be perfect, just intentional as often as we can. Progress over perfection. Even I am still a work in progress, always learning and adjusting and not always getting it quite right. And of course there are times when these choices are out of our control. So we make the best of the moment, have grace for ourselves and get back on track as soon as we can.
